Five things are capped by plan: locations, products, invoices, user accounts and employees. This is what each cap does when you meet it.

A plan caps five counts, and nothing else.
| Cap | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Store locations | Warehouses you can hold stock in |
| Products | Rows in your product list |
| Invoices | Sales recorded on the account |
| User accounts | Logins, meaning people who can sign in |
| Employees | Staff records in HR, including sale agents |
On the top plan every one of them is unlimited. On the others the exact numbers are on the pricing page and on the Change plan screen.
Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. The next record is simply refused, with a message naming the cap.
The invoice cap counts sales, so it is the one that stops a shop trading. If you are close to it, change plan before the busy week rather than during it.
