How do I create my Stockovaa account?

Choose a plan that fits your business needs and complete the signup process. Your account will be created automatically, and your login details will be sent to your email.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you log in, you can start setting up your business from General Settings, including store details, currency, taxes, and system preferences.

Can I customize my store after signup?

Yes. You can update store information, invoice settings, tax rules, staff roles, and system preferences at any time from the Settings section.

Products & Inventory

Can I add products manually or import them in bulk?

Yes. You can add products manually or import them using CSV files. Downloadable templates are provided to ensure accurate uploads.

Where do I get the product import template?

You can download the CSV import template directly from the Products section before importing your data.

How does real-time inventory tracking work?

Stockovaa is cloud-based. Every sale, purchase, return, or stock adjustment is synchronized instantly across all stores and visible on the admin dashboard.

Can I track expiry dates, batches, or serial numbers?

Yes. You can record batch numbers, expiry dates, IMEI numbers, or serial numbers when adding products for accurate tracking.

Can I process product returns?
