Important: Once a subscription is activated and you begin using our services, refunds are generally not available due to immediate access to our complete software suite and business tools. We encourage you to fully explore our Free plan before subscribing to a paid tier.

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial paid subscription for unused service. After the window closes, prior and current billing cycles are non-refundable. This balances giving you a real safety net with the realities of running a SaaS platform.

  • Within 14 days of your first paid invoice on a new plan
  • The subscription has had minimal usage (no significant data entry, no large reports run, no API consumption beyond setup)
  • You email billing@stockovaa.com with your account email and the reason; we respond within 3 business days

What's Not Eligible

  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial paid subscription
  • Prior billing cycles on auto-renewing subscriptions (only the most recent renewal may be considered, and only within the 14-day window)
  • Accounts that have moved data, run reports, or actively used the platform beyond a brief evaluation
  • Charges for add-on services, manual data migration, or premium support hours already delivered
