About the role
We serve supermarkets, pharmacies, retailers, restaurants and multi branch enterprises from one platform. Every one of them thinks their workflow is the normal one. Product here is mostly the discipline of saying no clearly and often.
What you will do
- Own a roadmap you can defend line by line.
- Talk to customers regularly, including the ones who are unhappy.
- Write specifications engineers can build from without a meeting.
- Decide what does not get built, and tell people why.
- Measure whether a shipped feature changed anything.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in product for a software business.
- You have done real discovery, not just collected requests.
- You write clearly. This job is mostly writing.
- Comfortable reading data yourself.
Nice to have
- Experience with point of sale, inventory or accounting software.
- You have worked with businesses rather than consumers.
