Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role
We have a large site with real search potential and years of untidy execution behind it. This role is for someone who reads that as a starting point rather than a warning.
What you will do
- Own organic search: content, structure, technical fixes and measurement.
- Plan and write content that answers what business owners actually search for.
- Run paid campaigns with a budget you are accountable for.
- Report on what each channel costs and what it returns.
What we are looking for
- Two or more years in digital marketing with search at the centre of it.
- You have improved a real site's search performance and can show the before and after.
- Strong written English and a willingness to write a lot of it.
- Comfortable in analytics and search console.
Nice to have
- You have marketed software to small and medium businesses.
- You can make small changes to a site yourself.
